Meet Our Directors

Directors Dan & Tracy Carlucci are longtime music educators and performers. Dan, a guitarist and singer/songwriter, performs regularly as a solo artist and with the bands Hitch & the Giddyup and Massive Diva. Tracy is a classical pianist, accompanist, and piano teacher, who also works as the Music Director at Christ Church Easton. They have two children, ages 5 and 9, who have many hobbies, including playing music and taking weekly lessons at FSM.

Emery has been working with FSM since 2021. They have always loved music, whether it’s exploring all genres on Spotify or playing anything from woodwinds to strings. Emery started playing the alto saxophone when they were 10 years old, which kicked off their journey through various school bands and choirs. They are currently learning how to play the guitar and are pursuing their undergraduate degree at CT State. Emery also loves mathematics, problem solving, and the joy of making schedule puzzles fit together.

Meet Our Admins

Aidan is from Fairfield and has followed his passion of music for almost 15 years now. His main instrument is piano, but he also plays guitar, bass, and sings. In 2023, he graduated with a Music Business degree from Hofstra University, where he also performed in various bands, orchestras and a capella groups. He’s been at FSM since its inception, as a piano and guitar student until graduating high school in 2019, and now as an administrator as of 2024!

Our School

Over 200 students come through the doors every week to take lessons in a variety of instruments and genres. They have the opportunity to participate in an assortment of workshops, casual performance events, and formal recitals, all designed to build confidence, hone their skills, and share the joy of making music with others.

Former locations of FSM include Commerce Drive in Fairfield and a satellite location on Corporate Drive in Trumbull (known as “Fairfield Trumbull School of Music”). Visit our current studio, conveniently located at 2465 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, above the Athletic Shoe Factory.

Our Teachers

All of the faculty at FSM have extensive teaching and performance experience. Faculty members are selected not only for their expertise and impressive qualifications, but most importantly, for their passion for teaching and their ability to inspire and connect with students of all ages, abilities and interests.
